General Terms and Conditions
By completing transaction in our store, you agree to these terms and conditions:
- You declare that you are in the age of 18 and above.
- You declare that you have full rights to use financial instruments to complete the transaction.
- Any misuse and/or fraudulent use of bank transfers, debit and credit cards, or any other financial instruments without legal rights and proper authorization will be reported to relevant authorities.
- Puriva online member’s registration and data are secured by Security Socket Layer and financial transactions are completed by third parties regulated accordingly by the Indonesian law.
- Puriva cooperates with payment gateway as a third party in the implementation of credit card transactions and is supported by one-time password (3D secure) feature to ensure the security of credit card transactions.
- Puriva reserves the right to cancel any credit card transactions if there is a transaction to purchase goods using a credit card that violates the legal terms and/or terms of Puriva provisions.
- You hereby declare to release Puriva (including its Parent Company, Directors, and Employees) from any claim for damages that resulted from misuse of credit cards by other parties.
- We reserve to change prices and delivery conditions at any time before payment is completed.
- All payments are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah and include all fees and taxes on the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
- When using our service, you hereby declare that it is your full responsibility to learn and to verify about any additional fees, customs and/or prevailing taxes that may occur in your country of residence.
Refunds and exchanges
- Purchased goods cannot be returned or exchanged for other items, unless there is an agreement in advance.
- Purchases are non-refundable. If you would like to request a refund, you could do it up to 7 days after the purchase has been completed, subject to our approval. Puriva does not refund the shipment costs. If we agree to do so, all administration and other Puriva costs would be deducted accordingly.
- Refunded amount will be returned only to the original source of fund, or to a bank account matching your order details.
Our store offers physical products – cream, gels and other cosmetics, and gift cards.
- Physical products
We ship physical products only within the territory of Bali island. It normally takes up to 3 to 7 working days to complete the shipment.
- Gift cards
Our gift cards are virtual products and once payment is completed it takes up to 1 working day to issue the card to the email address provided in your order details.
